WOW Liverpool was founded by Richard Leeson and Charlotte Croft, bringing together their experience as performers, teachers and creative practitioners with a shared belief that high-quality performing arts training should open doors.
What began as a commitment to creating better opportunities for performers has grown into an organisation working across different ages and stages of development.
Today, WOW brings together training, performance and professional development, while remaining rooted in the same principle: recognising the individual, creating meaningful opportunities and preparing performers for the work required to move forward.
